Prayer of the Week and Instant Bible Study on the Uncreated Light

Here is the latest Prayer and Study from Father Andrew. To receive 1 credit for this activity, e-mail your response to both Father Andrew, oandrey(at)stlukeorthodox(d0t)com and myself, else10(at)gmail(d0t)com. See the answers next week on the St. Luke Web site.

Let us Pray to the Lord. Lord have Mercy.
O Lord, we are constantly tempted by our animal passions. They disturb our prayer and cause us to lose attention. Help us to pray with our mind in our heart so we can experience Your Uncreated light and come to know Your love as we learn to love our neighbor as ourselves. We pray in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Amen

Bible Verse
Mark 2: 3-5 Then they came to Him, bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men. And when they could not come near Him because of the crowd, they uncovered the roof where He was. So when they had broken through, they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying. When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.”

Bible Question
Explain how the love of neighbor is revealed in this passage.
